Residents are responsible for their own food needs. Large pantry, cold storage, gourmet eat-in kitchen, greenhouse seating and large dining area. Catering services using organic and local foods are also available.
Locally-grown produce, eggs, and meats are available from neighboring producers, and some produce may be seasonally available for special purchase from Teal Farm.
All residents are responsible for light cleaning and good order.
Subsidized room rates are available to qualified applicants, and range from $200-$600 weekly, depending on room and suite configurations, and upon duration of stays.

East Wing Master Vaulted ceilings, king loft bed, private living room/studio, private deck overlooking pond, mountain and gardens, attached dressing room and bath. East, South, and West exposure.

Two small rooms with double murphy beds, private bath. Available individually, or as suite.

Two bedroom-suite, kitchenette, private bath. Rooms available individually or as suite.
Ground Floor Studio Private entrance, private gourmet kitchen, stone fireplace, private bedroom with possible extra work room.
